If you are looking for precise torque and angle control over screw driving applications, the KX Driver is your solution. Our current controlled screwdriver provides you peace of mind for all your screw fastening joints. Systems are available in hand held or machine mounted configurations. The KX Driver provides sixteen programmable channels that can be called remotely via I/O.

The KX Series A/C Current Controlled Driver performs assembly operations and seat/break tests to determine optimum torque settings for your application. The optional PC software provides graphical display of the torque values and allows you to overlay three consecutive curves.

The KX Series Driver is capable of a maximum speed of 3000 RPM, which can significantly reduce cycle time per screw.
