The JP Servo Assembly System allows multiple position, force, and dwell times while continually monitoring every aspect of the assembly process. Decreased power consumption and the elimination of hydraulic or airlines provides for a cleaner work cell; class 10 clean room version available. Programmable feedback to a PC displays force and position graphs while sampling data every millisecond from onboard load cells and encoders.
